Another phenomenal 986 Boxster from Flat Six Classics, KF02 XBU is a genuine one owner from new car with less than 35,000 miles recorded. Ordered by its owner as a company car when he worked at BP, he then bought the car from the company car scheme in August 2005, at approximately 23,000 miles. Since then, the car has been used very sparingly in the summer, accumulating just 11,500 miles in the past 14 years. It has been MOT’d every year, and stored properly under cover in a heated garage when not being used. The owner contacted Flat Six Classics and offered us his Porsche as it just wasn’t getting any use (his passions having turned to boats in retirement).

The MOT history is super clean, with just an advisory for front brake pads in 2010 and one for tyres in 2011.

The service history is all Porsche Centre Bournemouth to 2009/32,261 miles (4 stamps [...]

Another really nice low mileage 986 Boxster S, X511 FGC is presented in Lapis Blue metallic paintwork with graphite grey leather interior and a black hood. The car drives particularly well, with superb handling and balance showing up a suspension set-up in excellent condition. No creaks, squeaks, thumping or thudding here!

The service history is good, with 8 stamps in the service record, the first two at Porsche main dealers, and the remainder at Porsche specialists, notably Charles Ivey who have looked after the car since 2012. To prepare the car for sale, we will carry out a Minor service and brake fluid change. The previous owner fitted new brake discs and pads, Continental tyres, air conditioning condensers and had the 17″ Twist-spoke alloy wheels refurbished all in 2019.

The bodywork and Lapis Blue paint is in generally very good order, with just a couple of tiny car park scuffs to the front and rear [...]

A superb, low mileage late facelift Boxster 2.7 in Seal Grey metallic paint with black leather. Just 43,500 miles from new, and a comprehensive service history including 11 stamps in the maintenance record. Fitted with the rare option of cruise control, but otherwise very light on the options, PX04 FNA drives with real purity and finesse, with supple body control and exquisite steering feel. A great example

Currently being prepared for sale with a full inspection, a new set of Bridgestone N rated tyres, and our normal refurbishment of the exhaust clamps and sleeves, PX04 FNA will be ready for sale in late August. Please call Sean for more details or to arrange a test drive.

A beautiful low-mileage facelift Boxster 2.7 in stunning L39C Midnight Blue (Nachtblau) with contrasting Savannah leather interior. GX03MXL has covered just under 50,000 miles in the hands of just three owners from new, the first of whom owned the car for 9 years until 2012. In fantastic condition throughout with just a couple of age-related marks on the exterior paintwork, GX03MXL is an unusual car for Flat Six Classics, in that the recorded service history is a little patchy (four stamps from new to 2013 – two OPC – then owner serviced 7 times from 2014 to date).

However, the MOT history is absolutely perfect, with not a single advisory showing in 13 annual tests since 2006. Our inspection of the car just reinforced the various MOT testers’ opinions – very little to report, other than the usual deterioration of the exhaust flange bolts and the need for a precautionary service and brake fluid change. Wow! Our first Speed Yellow 986 Boxster S, and its an absolute beauty! MW52 SYY comes into Flat Six Classics stock having been purchased from just the 3rd private owner of the car, the first owner having kept her Boxster S for 14 years from new to 2017. In spectacular condition throughout, and with the highest specification yet seen on one of our cars, this car stands out for all the right reasons.

Serviced every year without fail, initially by Porsche Centre Wilmslow (6 stamps to 2009) and then by the owner’s local Porsche specialist Deutsche Autohaus (7 stamps to 2017), there are a further two stamps from Zuffenhaus (Jan 2018) and Cotswold Porsche (April 2019) completing the set.

The options list is nearly as long as the service record, and comprises the “optimum spec” for a 986 in our eyes. Feast yours on this lot…
