Another early Boxster 3.2 S first registered in March 2000 by Dick Lovett in Swindon, W367GAP is in absolutely superb order throughout, with great history and just 49,148 miles from new, an average of just 2,340 miles each year in the hands of just 4 owners, the first two of which were father and son.

The specification of this car is generous, with some choice options added by Mr Walker when ordering his Boxster after seeing it at the London Motor Show in October 1999 – a copy of the Porsche brochure from the Show with handwritten annotations is included in the history file. A super “facelift” Boxster 3.2 S in the ever popular Lapis Blue with graphite grey leather interior, BJ03GKC has covered just 70,256 miles over the past 18 years, in the hands of five owners. The car is lightly optioned with heated seats and automatic air conditioning, and the previous owner has updated the hi-fi with the addition of an Alpine CD radio with Bluetooth and USB connectivity (whilst keeping the original Becker Porsche CDR-23 head unit for originality if desired).

We recently took BJ03GKC on a 2,000 mile trip around the North West Highlands of Scotland (the ultimate test drive!), and had a fantastic time. We have already prepared the car with a Major service and brake fluid change, new clutch, and replaced the rear brake discs and pads.

A very nice “facelift” 986 Boxster 2.7 in classic Arctic Silver with black leather interior, VO03EEG has covered 81,500 miles since new and comes with a good service history, with 12 maintenance stamps in the service record. Looking particularly smart on its JBW Fuchs replica deep-dish wheels fitted with Michelin N-rated tyres, and sounds great as well thanks to the stainless steel sports exhaust.

These 2.7 “facelift’ cars are a real sweet spot for the 986 Boxster range – increased power and torque over the 2.5 and earlier 2.7 cars, a more modern look with revised bumper design and clear lights, and the upgraded hood with heated glass rear window.

VO03EEG drives very nicely, with perfectly weighted controls, plenty of performance, surefooted roadholding and precise steering delivering a sublime driving experience.

Here we have a fantastic early Boxster 2.5 in the launch colours of Arctic Silver with Boxster Red leather interior. This is a genuine and completely original 1 owner car, with a comprehensive history file containing every invoice from the original order form and sales invoice, through all the service invoices right up to the present day.

We love a one owner car here at Flat Six Classics, especially when we get to meet the owners in person and hear the history of the car firsthand. In this case, Mr Taylor and his wife ordered their Boxster from Carrs Porsche in Exeter in April 1998 to celebrate their 25th wedding anniversary. But such was the demand for the Boxster after its UK launch that they had to wait until 21st July 1999 before their car was delivered. Back in November 2018, we purchased a 1 owner, 23k mile Boxster S with a full Porsche service history from the supplying dealer Porsche Centre Sutton Coldfield. It was in truly amazing condition, and was soon sold to a car enthusiast and collector near St. Albans. We kept in touch (his daughter and her family live just 5 miles down the road here in North Devon) and when he decided to sell the car, we jumped at the opportunity.

X226XJT remains in simply stunning original condition throughout. The chap we sold it to has maintained it’s Porsche only service history, having had it comprehensively serviced (Major service + brake fluid change + AC service + exhaust fittings = large bill) at Porsche Centre Hatfield in August 2020 at 24,473 miles. In total there are so many Porsche service stamps (I counted 39!)  that the original service record is full, so [...]

Here we have another super low mileage early Boxster S, this time with just 29,770 miles in the hands of just two owners from new, the second of whom bought his Boxster in January 2004. He used it sparingly as a “high days and holidays” car, adding about 1,000 miles a year.

X918EAB is in amazing original condition throughout, the Arctic Silver paintwork all original aside from the front bumper which was repainted to remove stone chips some time ago. The Metropole Blue extended leather interior is virtually unmarked, and showing no wear at all to the seats, carpets and interior fittings. The matching blue hood is also in near perfect condition, as is the original plastic rear window, which retains a clarity and suppleness that is extremely rare after 20 years (and only ever found in cars that have been garaged every night). As the UK’s only 986 Boxster specialist, we are lucky to get offered some very special cars, and this might just be the best yet. An early Stuttgart built Boxster S on just 19,300 miles in the hands of just one owner from new, W239 BDP is probably one of, if not THE, best preserved 986 models in the country.

W239 BDP was ordered by its long term owner, a Mr. Paul from Ascot, in September 1999, as soon as the Boxster S was launched.
