Here we have a returning favourite, a fabulous Seal Grey 987.1 Boxster 2.7 that we first sold in summer 2023. RJ07FBF is a beautifully presented Boxster 2.7 with some very well chosen options fitted – 19″ Carrera S wheels (known as “lobster claws”), heated seats, PCM2 Porsche Communication Management, BOSE sound system, rear parking sensors, rain sensing wipers and an auto dimming rear view mirror.

First registered on 18th April 2007 by Porsche Centre Reading, RJ07FBF has had just 4 previous keepers and has spent the bulk of its lifetime in the South West. 2005 Porsche 987.1 Boxster 3.2 S – RX05GDO. 83,933 miles, Atlas Grey, rare two-tone black/grey leather interior, navy blue hood. Great history with 12 stamps in the service record, all from Porsche dealers or recognised specialists. Ordered with a superb specification including extended leather, sports seats, Sport Chrono Plus, PASM adaptive dampers, xenon headlights, 19″ Carrera S “lobster claw” wheels, rain sensing wipers and auto dimming mirrors. The 3.2 S model is a real sweet spot for the 987.1 cars, as they do not suffer from bore scoring like the later 3.4 S variant.

2000 Porsche 986 Boxster 3.2 S – W548XAR. 64k miles, 6-speed manual, Speed Yellow, black leather. 2 owners, the first for 23 years. Stunning condition, early Stuttgart-built 3.2 S. A car we sold last year, we are pleased to welcome back one of the nicest early 986 Boxster S cars we’ve ever had. Here is the story of the car from last year…

“It’s not very often we get to buy an early 986 Boxster from the person that ordered it new, but in this case we were lucky enough to meet the chap who bought his car 23 years ago from Carrs Porsche of Exeter. And what a car it is – an early Stuttgart-built 3.2 S in one of our favourite colours Speed Yellow, with black leather, heated seats, automatic air conditioning and traction control (ASR and ABD, the forerunners to PSM).

Taken in part exchange for a Cayman S, this lovely GT86 coupe in Spark Red with black Alcantara cloth interior has higher mileage, but benefits from a good service history by a long term enthusiast owner, who has also spent money on some really high quality branded parts to improve performance – Meister R coilovers, HKS cat back exhaust, Tomei unequal length manifolds and overpipe, Whiteline anti roll bars and drop links. Rays alloy wheels. The car has recently been tuned by Fensport, and drives very well indeed with really good midrange torque!

Service history is strong, with 5 main dealer services to Jan 2019 and 41,022 miles. A car we’ve sold twice before, and now back for a third time as the current owner has fallen in love with a Gen 2 987 Cayman S (we understand the feeling!), T933WPB is a fantastic example of the original Boxster 2.5. Now showing just 67,283 miles, this is a fabulous early 2.5 Boxster in excellent condition throughout.

T933 WPB is a highly original, low mileage Boxster 2.5 in classic Arctic Silver with Metropole Blue leather interior and blue hood. Options fitted include automatic air conditioning, heated electric leather seats, and extended leather to dashboard and door panels.

The car has now had 7 owners in total, and has covered just over 67,000 miles over its 25 year life. A decent proportion of those miles were covered over the first 3 years, and in 2002 at 39,612 miles, T933WPB found its way into the private collection of a garage proprietor in [...]

Here we have a great low mileage example of the 987.1 Boxster 2.7, a car that we sold first last year to a lovely chap in Paignton, who was so bitten by the Porsche bug that 6 months later, he had us source a 987.2 Cayman S for him! Which was great, as that meant we got back his Boxster as part of the deal.

GN55AXD is presented in classic Arctic Silver with Stone Grey leather interior and a black hood, and has covered just 46,279 miles over the past 19 years, on average just 2,500 miles per year. It actually did 33k miles in the first 5 years, so has settled down to just over 1,000 miles per year since then. Which accounts for the excellent condition of the car, along with the impeccable service history, following the Porsche service schedule with metronomic frequency, as follows:

Our main focus at Flat Six Classics is 986/987 era Boxsters and Caymans, but occasionally we get offered a 911 that we just can’t refuse. RX53WPF is just such a car, a facelift (996.2) Carrera 2 Tiptronic that remains in superb condition throughout, having had a significant amount of time and money expended over recent years to maintain and improve it.

First registered on 1st September 2003, RX53WPJ was ordered in Arctic Silver with black extended leather interior, and the following options: 5-speed Tiptronic automatic transmission, rear window wiper, automatic air conditioning, Becker Porsche CDR-23 CD radio and a 6 CD autochanger. Originally delivered on 18″ SportClassic wheels, the car was switched to 18″ 996.2 Carrera wheels in 2013.
