Here we have another low mileage, well cared for “facelift” 986 Boxster 2.7, with just 48,320 miles from new, in “triple black” specification – Basalt Black metallic paint, black hood and black leather interior. P777GLN was first registered on 1st April 2004, and the first owner was no fool, choosing a few tasty options for his new car – 18″ Sport Design split-rim BBS wheels, sports seats, and extended leather to the dashboard and door cards.

The car has been well maintained throughout its life, serviced for the first 9 years at Porsche Centre Sutton Coldfield, with a total of 12 maintenance stamps in the service record, the last of which was completed by us in early July 2021, comprising a Major service, new spark plugs, brake fluid change, replacement of the front brake discs and pads, and an AC service. The previous owner replaced the main exhaust silencer with a high quality Dansk stainless steel unit in April 2021.

This Boxster drives very well indeed, as most low mileage examples do, retaining a suppleness to the suspension and a nice taut feeling to all the controls. Cosmetically the car is also in excellent condition, with very few blemishes to the original paint, and virtually no wear apparent to the interior.
